Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 211-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; retail development; and retail development.

Project Square Foot: Concrete Podium - 110,000 sf Courtyard - 16,250 sf Wood Framed Structure - 211,000 sf New construction of a seven-story mixed use building consisting of 2-levels of parking, building services, lobby, commercial/retail under podium, and five stories of multi-family residential above. Scope to include excavation, footings, gradings, concrete foundations, metal and wood partitions, MEP, and fire protection. Work under this project consists of five stories of wood framed apartments above a two-story concrete podium located along the 300 block of Hull Street, Manchester neighborhood, in Richmond, VA. The concrete podium includes 277 parking spaces and 8,000 sf of amenity and commercial space over two levels. Level three includes two pedestal paver courtyards totaling 16,000 sf and includes a pool and additional amenity and support spaces. The balance of level three and level four through level seven include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments (totaling 211 units), corridors, and support spaces. The exterior facade contains a mix of thin-brick masonry, fiber cement siding, and metal panels. Project Start: July 2024 This is a W.M. Jordan project.
