The address to the property is listed below as follows: 1309 Alabama Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32310 Project Scope Contractors' and/or developers' services are needed for constructing a Healthy Food Store. The structure will be built in City-owned property located at the following address: o 1309 Alabama Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32310 The successful Bidder is expected to build a Healthy Food Store according to all applicable federal, state, and local codes and ordinances. Successful Bidder must directly supervise all ongoing construction or subcontract the task to persons who are familiar with the construction industry as stipulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and Chapter 489 F.S. Additionally, all permits necessary for the project pursuant to this IFB shall be secured and paid for by the contractor(s). Contractor(s) must provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies for this project. The Healthy Food Store must meet all specifications noted in the following attachment plans: Attachment A - 1309 Alabama Street Plans and Specifications The expected outcome of this project is the highest, best quality unit. This project expects the structure to be complete and serviceable within nine (9) months after the contract has been executed. Time is of the essence.
