Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater Than $10m but Less Than or Equal $15m Mandatory Prequalification Required (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Bidding BusinessSystem or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. UTDOT - US-191 Realignment Early DDC Package Reconstruct and Widening *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
