Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Conseil Scolaire Acadien Provincial (CSAP), with support from Nova Scotia Departments of Education and Public Works, is currently underway with a ten (10) classroom modular campus at Ecole De Sommet, Larry Uteck Drive in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Contract has been warded through NSDPW for the modular campus structures. This term of reference is for planning and execution of necessary site civil program to receive and support the modular campus. The scope of work is provided below, and is presented in the accompanying design package. The program will begin immediately upon award and begin with a project kick-off meeting in January 2024. Much of the work will be completed between mid-January and end of February 2024. Expect winter conditions during exaction of this work and factor this into bids. No schedule lenience or additional costs will be given due to weather. Similarly, supply chain issues should be resolved before submission to avoid delivery delays for necessary product procurement (i.e., retaining wall components, conduit, etc. per the design requirements.
