AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to change the site visit date, the question due date and the closing date. We are also posting some Questions and Answers regarding this RFQ. There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. We awarded the elevator maintenance contract on January 18, 2024 to Capitol Elevator Co., Inc. in the amount of $6,766 for all option years. The award number is 12905B24P0020.
