Qualified firms or consultants are invited to submit a proposal to Kingsley Area Schools (the "District") to conduct a school district facilities use study (the "Study" or the "Project"). The Study will identify, justify, and recommend actions to more effectively and efficiently utilize District resources while reducing District expenses and outline potential areas for improvement to District facilities. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make any award that it considers to be in the best interest of the District. The District may choose, in its sole discretion, not to consider any proposal received by the District after the time specified above. The party submitting a proposal shall bear full and total responsibility for ensuring timely receipt of that proposal. Proposals may be withdrawn by written notice received at any time prior to the submission deadline. Proposals may be withdrawn in person, provided that the firm's representative signs a receipt for the proposal prior to the submission deadline. Information about the District is available during business hours (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). The District expects for Proposer to commence the Study promptly after award of the contract and to complete the Study on or about April 30, 2024. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are determined not to be in the best interests of the District. The District will not necessarily select the lowest cost proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
