Bid Package #3 - Dexter High School Building Automation System, Wylie Elementary Building Automation System, & Creekside Intermediate Building Automation System Please submit all questions & pre-bid RFI via Electronic messages. Bid security in the form of bonds are required to be submitted with all proposals. Bid security in the form of a certified check is acceptable bid security only for proposal less than $50,000. If you choose to submit your bid security in the form of a check please contact greg brand, project manager, through building connected messages to make arraignments for submitting check prior to bid deadline. Bids must contain a sworn and notarized statement only if you need to disclose a familial relationship existing between the bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the dexter public schools. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals, which they feel is in their best interest.
