Renovation of a municipal facility in Dixon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide and install two (2) 57 1/4 H x 32 3/4 W insulated; 1/4-inch tempered + 1/4-inch tempered; glass window replacement. (Measurements must be field verified by winning bidder.) Provide and install Four (4) 56 1/4 H x 44 1/2 W insulated; 1/4-inch tempered + 1/4-inch tempered; glass window replacement. (Measurements must be field verified by winning bidder.) Remove and dispose of existing glass windows that are to be replaced. Replacement units to carry 10 year seal fail warranty. Contractor to caulk where needed. All bids submitted for this opportunity are considered "not to exceed", and shall not exceed the dollar amount stated on the winning bid. The selected vendor shall comply with all policies of the Jack Mabley Developmental Center while onsite performing work. All work should be scheduled in advance, occur during Mabley hours of operation, and approved upon completion by the Center's Engineer. Winnng bidder must provide warranty guarantee of 12 months for work performed and 24 months on installed units. The winning bidder must comply with the Prevailing Wage Act. If a performance bond is required (project greater than $50,000), Bidder must submit the performance bond to the soliticaiton contact within ten (10) days after award.
