Renovation of a municipal facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work involves miscellaneous interior office alterations including, but not limited to the following 1. Dividing Office L213 into 2 offices 2. Install new 6 metals studs, with gypsum wallboard on both sides and sound-batt insulation. 3. Installing trim to match existing. 4. Install new light fixtures and power and data outlet. 5. Installing New light fixtures 6. Rework existing supply air duct, so 2 new supply registers can be installed with 2 new volume dampers. 7. The main work area measures approximately 385 square feet. Shipping via Fedex is not available. Shipping via UPS is possible if the Contractor wishes to have the documents delivered by UPS. If shipping via UPS, Bidder is responsible for paying delivery costs as calculated by UPS. For UPS overnight delivery, Bidder must provide a UPS account number. All fees are non-refundable and must be received by the Division before documents will be released. A company check payable to the "Treasurer, State of New Jersey" is required.
