Grant Administrative Services Lebanon Road/Clarks Run Phase 2 Sanitary Sewer Project EDA Grant Number # 04-01-07840 The City of Danville, KY is requesting proposals to provide administrative services on a federal grant from the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration. The grant award will be for the City of Danville's Lebanon Road/Clarks Run Trunk Sewer Improvements Project. The purpose of the grant is to install and replace sanitary sewer line along with replacing a liner at the Woods Drive lagoon. Services to be by the Consultant include assistance with compliance with federal regulation regarding the administration of the grant including compliance with 48 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 31, 2 CFR Part 200 and Economic Development Administration's Standard Terms and Conditions for Construction Project. It is anticipated that services will be required over a 3-year project period. Services to be provided also include compliance with Department of Commerce and Economic Development Administrative requirements.
