Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washington, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work for this Contract consists of roadway construction, landscape and irrigation, and signing and striping in Washington, Utah. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid issued by a surety meeting the requirements in the General Conditions. A Bid Bond form for this purpose is provided in the Contract Documents. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, for failure to timely attain a Milestone, Substantial Completion, or completion of the Work in readiness for final payment, are set forth in the Agreement. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of time stated in the Bid Form, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
