Work Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Equipment, and Material Necessary for the Removal and Replacement of Metal Roof Panels, Gutters, Downspouts, Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Replacement of Exterior Doors, and Flooring, Reconstruction of Roofing Systems, Timber Framing and Coverings, Resetting Windows, Asphalt Shingles and Underlayment, Baseball Netting, and Installation of Pre-engineered Insulated Canopy Systems. Bids Must Be Submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form Furnished With the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline: 01/10/2024 at 5:00 PM CT, All Bidder Questions Must Be Received by Cob Any Questions Received After This Date and Time, Will Not Be Answered. Please Contact Michael B. This Project Shall Require a Louisiana Contractors License Number for Building Construction (Class I). Bidding Documents for This Project Are on File in the Office of All South Consulting Engineers, Llc, 107 West Woodlawn Road, Houma Louisiana 70363. In Accordance With Louisiana Public Bid Law, Prime Bidders Shall Be Charged a Deposit of $100.00 and Upon Return of the Plans and Specifications in Good Condition Within Ten (10) Days From the Bid Opening Shall Be Refunded the Deposit. The Terrebonne Parish Recreation District No. 2-3 Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids in Accordance With Louisiana State Bid Law.
