AP024-XXXX-XX (023) NOVA Project Number 10103-2022060 The project includes the pavement rehabilitation of the Cochran Airport south apron and stub taxiway connecting the apron to Runway 5-23. The project includes a proposed 3-inch milling of the existing pavement, crack seal, 1-inch open graded crack relief interlayer, and 2-inch asphalt surface course. SCOPE OF WORK: The bid schedule provided below has been compiled into one set of bid documents. The bids will be evaluated for the lowest responsive bidder. The project includes the pavement rehabilitation of the south apron and stub taxiway connecting the apron to Runway 5-23. The project includes a proposed 3-inch milling of the existing pavement, crack seal, 1-inch open graded crack relief interlayer, and 2-inch asphalt surface course. PREBID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will NOT be held. BIDDING REQUIREMENTS: Bid security in the form of a bid bond, made payable to the City of Cochran, Georgia, equal to five (5) percent of the total bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days. A Notice-of-Award for the Contract will be issued once a successful bidder has been determined and funding has been secured.
