Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The new work generally consists of exterior and interior renovations of existing HS Field House building and site improvements around it, including new concrete and asphalt walkways, landscaping and drainage repairs and improvements. There will also be a new toilet building, that will be provided by prefabricated building manufacturer. The contractor is responsible to providing all the connections to the new toilet building. There also will be a Home Grandstand replacement project, which is already awarded. The contractor of this project is responsible of providing the perimeter curb and asphalt pad under the new grandstand and providing all site work around it, as well as providing lighting under the grandstand and around the site. The work needs to be very carefully coordinated between the trades and all the milestones are listed in the Time of Completion Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings and specified in Section 02 41 00. Plumbing: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. The Owner intends to Award this Contract by January 23rd, 2024 in conjunction with the District Board Meeting.
