Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cedar Park, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Buttercup Creek, Parkway, and Parkwest Neighborhoods: The deadline to ask questions is 3/06/2026 5:00 PM CST Thin Mill and Overlay consisting of 3/4 inch edge milling along the lip of gutter & conform milling into intersections, 1 inch asphalt overlay, raising valves and manholes, 2 inch milling and overlay with 2 inch HMAC, and pavement markings and raised pavement markers. In addition, subgrade repair for roadway and curb and gutter at various locations as needed. The project includes work areas located in the Buttercup Creek, Parkway, and Parkwest subdivisions. Ranchettes 6 & 6A Neighborhood: Pulverize 2" of existing asphalt in place, moisture condition, smooth grade and compact. Overlay with 2 inches of HMAC Type D, and add tapers to driveways. Includes pavement marking stop bars and raised pavement markers. Mill & overlay, subgrade repair and curb and gutter adjustment; Pulverize existing asphalt, moisture condition, smooth grade and compact, 2 inch overlay, pavement markings Construction services for this project will be selected through competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Chapter 2269, of the Texas Government Code. The City will evaluate and rank the contractors based on the following selection criteria: 30% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 60% Cost Proposal and 10% proposed schedule. The City shall select the contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. The estimated total construction budget for this project is $4,244,286 Each PROPOSAL must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to OWNER in an amount of five percent (5%) of PROPOSER's total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
