The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm, sprinkler system and all fire extinguishers. The contractor shall render four (4) inspections per year on the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The fire extinguishers shall be inspected, serviced, recharged and certified as required by code. Equipment included in this contract consists of, but not limited to the following a. Fire Alarm: Siemans The contractor shall assume total maintenance, repair or replacement of this equipment as directed by these specifications and/or in compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations The term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026
