Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Plumbing (Water Treatment) HVAC (Fan Coils, ERVs, Ductwork, Hydronic, etc.) Electrical Architectural (Drop Ceiling Relocation) General Conditions & Demolition Removal of three (3) heat recovery ventilators in the Basement Daycare, Kitchen, and Music Room. Three (3) new smaller energy recovery units are to be installed alongside three (3) new hydronic heat-only fan coil units to serve the above noted spaces. The new units will be connected to the existing Building Automation System (BAS). Daycare false ceiling to be lowered to conceal new units.
