The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials for cleaning all windows to the City pursuant to the provisions The purpose and intent of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide semi-annual window cleaning to city-owned assets. Provide a description of the proposed approach to the project. Include a response to the preliminary scope but do not simply restate the scope. Identify key risks/ challenges/ concerns you anticipate and any mitigation steps to achieve successful delivery of services. This Section should include at a minimum the following: a. Implementation Schedule - Provide a proposed schedule, showing tasks, milestones, and deliverables, including review meetings with the City Team. b. Management Plan - provide a management plan for describing how the proposer will manage the services to be provided. c. Methodology and Procedures - Describe the methodology the proposer will use to accomplish the work described in this RFP. d. Assumptions regarding the City of Durham's actions and participation - If your proposal assumes that the City will take certain actions, provide access, or do anything else related to the service, you should state these assumptions explicitly.
