The Project consists of the following, or substantially equal, items: 21-391 ==ERHS CTE AG MECH QTY 1 K4601-1 Lincoln Electric (R) VRTEX 360 Virtual Reality Welding Simulator QTY 1 MIL 907714001 Miller LiveArc (TM), System Welding Performance Management System (GMAW/FCAW/SMAW System) QTY 7 K4934-1 Lincoln Electric (R) Power Wave(R) 300C Advanced Educational One-Pak(R) 21-390==SMHS CTE MOD AG MECH QTY 1 AD2446-20 Lincoln Electric (R) ClassMate (R) M QTY 1 K4601-1 Lincoln Electric (R) VRTEX(R)-360 Virtual Reality Welding Simulator This Contract is for equipment only; no installation services are sought under this Contract. Requests For Information (RFI's) must be sent via ssdbids@smjuhsd.org . RFI responses will be combined into addenda and issued via email. No telephone responses will be provided. For non-bid related questions please call (805) 922-4573 x 4807. Responses may be delayed due to District holiday closures. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidders. 6. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Santa Maria Joint Union High School District, in the amount often percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice ofAward, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. 7. No pre-bid conference or site visit will be held for this Project. 8. The District shall award the Contract, if it awards it at all, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder(s) based on: A. The base bid amount of each individual item sought. B. If the District receives responsive bids for combined items that is lower than the sum of the lowest prime bids for all of the items included in the combination bid, then the award of contract, if any, will be to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest combination bid. 9. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
