Reference Number 0000337806 The Muskegon County Resource Recovery Center currently operates thirty-seven (37) raw sewage billing flow meters at various locations in Muskegon County and eleven (11) process flow meters. Data collected from the billing flow meters is compiled monthly to calculate sewer use charges for numerous municipalities and industries served by the County system. Data from the process flow meters is used to determine application rates, equipment performance, and flow reported to Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). The work described in this specification will define the calibration and documentation of same for the flow meters performed by an independent contractor for the County.
