This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Huntsville, Alabama. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
You are invited to submit a quotation to supply the Huntsville Utilities Electric System with distribution class wood poles in compliance with Huntsville Utilities Electrical Engineering Department "CCA Wood Pole Specification". The Pole sizes and classes to be quoted are listed on the enclosed Proposal Form. Period of support for agreement is to be for three years beginning March 2, 2024, approximate. Your pricing proposal must be submitted on the enclosed Proposal Form and in Excel Format on a USB Drive. The USB Drive should be submitted with your Bid Proposal. All information that is provided on the USB Drive should be noted on a separate document. Provide individual unit pricing; however, we reserve the right to award this agreement on a lot basis. We make no guarantee of quantities to be ordered during the support period. Your proposed pricing should be the total unit cost per pole, each size, delivered to our 1145 Jordan Road Service Center or to job sites, Huntsville/Madison County, Alabama. Orders may consist of mixed pole sizes per truckload. Quote terms, availability, firm price, and FOB Huntsville, Alabama, at Huntsville Utilities' receiving points. We reserve the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening.
