Quotations received in the Procurement Division on or after 2:00 p.m., on the receiving date, will not be considered. The County reserves the right to: accept or reject any or all construction quotations; to award the construction quotation in whole or in part; to limit and/or determine the actual services to be included in the construction purchase order. The restoration work finishes shall match the surrounding plaster areas as it relates to plaster texture, uniform appearance, and final paint color. The Work is considered a turn-key operation including, but not limited to; temporary protection, select demolition, debris clean-up, dust control, debris disposal, general cleaning, plaster wall and ceiling repairs, wall/ceiling restoration/refinishing, removal/salvage/reinstallation of non-plaster materials (trim, baseboard, etc.) and interior painting. 1.2 The bulk of the existing plaster deterioration consists of surface blistering and/or cracked blistered plaster. The intent of this project is to ensure bidder sufficiently estimate and bid all of the required material, labor, equipment, consumables and overhead and profit to restore the plaster to a new like condition matching the surrounding plaster.
