The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. All Work associated with this Project shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County and City requirements. The South Sub Gate Station Project will consist of a hot tie-in on an existing steel line, steel pipeline construction, constructing a new metering and regulation station, and plastic pipeline construction. City of Nephi (City) intends to hot tap an existing high-pressure natural gas steel line, install approximately 250 feet of 4-inch steel pipe from the hot tie-in to a new metering and regulation station East of the existing Nephi Power sub-station in Nephi, Utah. A separate service line of approximately 100 feet of 6-inch low-pressure plastic will run from the South outlet of the new metering and regulation station to a new connection flange located above ground on the South outside wall of the new Nephi Power sub-station building. An additional service line of approximately 100-ft of 4-inch low pressure plastic will run from the North outlet of the new metering and regulation station and tie-in to the existing City plastic system to the North on Orgill Road. The high-pressure line and station will operate with a Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure of 720-psig and an operating pressure of approximately 320-psig.
