The improvements on Chester Road from David Hallman Parkway to Courtney Isles Way will consist of milling and resurfacing and widening for bike keyholes. Chester Road from Courtney Isles Way to approximately 700' north of Pages Dairy will have reconstruction and widening from a two-lane rural road to a four-lane urban roadway with bike lanes and sidewalk. Improvements on Pages Dairy Road extend approximately 1400' west of Chester Road and include resurfacing and providing 5' paved shoulders. Signals will be added at the Chester Road and Pages Dairy Road intersection. The existing signals will be replaced at the Chester Road and David Hallman Parkway intersection.
