Unsigned bids will be considered nonconforming. Bids containing terms and conditions other than those contained herein, may be considered nonconforming. This procurement may be subject to the requirements of ordinance NO. 5114 which establishes a local preference for local businesses located within the City of Memphis. A copy of your Memphis and Shelby County Tennessee business tax receipt must accompany your bid for consideration of this ordinance. Any protest of award must be filed in writing with the Purchasing Agent within TEN (10) days of the award announcement. Only bids submitted on the supplied form(s) with no changes, additions, or deletions to the terms and conditions will be considered.
