Site work for a water / sewer project in Winner, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing an elevated potable water storage tank, 200,000 gallons 78.5 feet to overflow, foundation, control room, site work, site piping, painting, tank mixing system, access road, and other appurtenant items. The site is located approximately 15 miles northwest of the City of Winner in Tripp County, South Dakota. Also retrofit a tank mixing system into the existing Burke elevated tank and into the existing Fairfax elevated tank, each located in Gregory County, South Dakota, and retrofit a tank mixing system into the existing Carter standpipe located near to the proposed 2nd Carter Tank in Tripp County, South Dakota. Question Deadline 10/22/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten (10) percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions or by certified check or bank money order payable to the Owner in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bidders maximum bid price. The Burke Tank site is located in west of the City of Burke, south of the intersection of 291st. St. and 343rd Ave.
