Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Columbus, Georgia. Design plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Per the owner, as of February 4, 2025, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that the design phase should be coming to an end in April 2025 and they will bid for the construction after funding is secured and at this point, the budget is still being processed. The owner states that it likely will not go out to bid until June 2025. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............. assess the current state of the property and provide a master plan to fully rehabilitate the property up to the current City of Albany building code and supply an estimated construction cost, bid documents and construction management to facilitate construction. Providing all stamped drawings and specifications needed to complete renovations of Carver Park as a recreational center for the City. The City of Albany reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Albany reserves the right to request additional information from a respondent(s) as deemed necessary to analyze responses.
