All Contractors wishing to bid on this project must have a Lamp Incorporated Qualification Statement on file, updated within the last year. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the Bid Form. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid amount, with sureties approved by the owner, and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract.
