Road Structure Materials & Road Salt GENERAL CONDITIONS The specifications stated in the Bid Form are the minimum which will be accepted. Any variations to specifications (including, but not limited to, product offered, unit of measure, minimum orders, or additional fees) shall be disclosed in the "Vendor's Notes/Exceptions" section of the Bid Form. Bids shall be submitted on the provided Bid Form only. If there are items or categories that bidder cannot provide, please mark "No Bid" on the bid form for those items. Leaving a bid price blank will also indicate vendor cannot provide and is not bidding on the item. Materials purchased under this proposal shall be purchased on an as-needed basis by the Tulsa County Highway Districts and other using departments. As such, vendors shall bid unit pricing under this proposal. The purpose of this bid is to secure a contract for Road Structure Materials & Road Salt for the Tulsa County Highway Districts and other using Tulsa County Departments, at their discretion, for a period of one (1) year beginning March 1, 2024. Copies of all questions and responses will be posted on the Tulsa County Vendor Portal via a formal addendum after approval by the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners. The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. All bids will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or handicap status. Questions and Substitution Requests will not be accepted after the deadline shown above. Copies of all questions and responses will be issued in the form of a formal addendum on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. All communication shall be directed via email to the Tulsa County Procurement Department at bidquestions@tulsacounty.org. Rejection of Bids Any bid which does not meet the requirements or specifications of the solicitation or is unsuitable for the intended use, or does not comply with these rules and regulations may be rejected. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids when such is deemed in the best interest of the County. A bid shall be rejected when the bidder imposes terms or conditions that would modify requirements of the solicitation or limit the bidder's liability to the County
