Site work and paving for a civil project in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work involves the removal of an existing timber bridge with 3 - 2400 mm (8ft.) diameter corrugated steel pipe culverts including a grade raise in accordance with the applicable Ministry of Highways specifications, located at Tower Rd, NW 12-18-19 W2, Rural Municipality of Sherwood No. 159 for a Unit Price Contract in accordance with the following: 1. The work shall consist of removing and disposing of the existing wood pile bridge and also include excavation of embankment material located at Tower Rd, NW 12-18-19 W2. 2. Replace the bridge with 3-2400 mm (8 ft.) steel corrugated pipe culverts approximately 30 metres in length (to be supplied by the RM) including grade raise of the road elevation as required. 3. Minimum 8 metre road top. 4. Minimum of 1 metre of fill over the culverts, extending approximately 30 meters north and 30 meters south of the culverts with minimum 4:1 road slopes. 5. The bottom of the creek being sub cut to the depth of suitable material to build on.
