Site work for a mixed-use development in Edson, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The intent of this bid is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following: Replacement of existing water main, replacement of existing sanitary sewer main, installation of storm sewer main, catch basins and leads, connection of lot services to mains, excavation of existing subgrade, supply and placement of non-woven geotextile and geogrid, supply and placement of granular sub-base and granular base course, supply and placement of asphalt concrete pavement, supply and installation of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and other work, hereinafter referred to as "The Works" located in Edson, Alberta. The Work comprises of: 18th Avenue: Water Main PVC DR18 Class 150 - 200 mm 335 m Water Main PVC DR18 Class 150 - 250 mm 20 m Sanitary Sewer PVC SDR 35 - 200 mm 300 m Storm Sewer Conc. Class III - 450 mm 38 m Common Excavation - Waste 6,200 m3 Trench Excavation 1,175 m Water/Sanitary services 220 m Geo-Grid material 5,400 m2 Geotextile material 6,450 m2 Perforated Drainage Pipe 350 m Granular Sub-Base - (600 mm depth) 5,400 m2 Granular Base Course - Des 2 Class 20 (300 mm depth) 5,400 m2 Asphaltic Concrete Pavement (100 mm thick) 4,500 m2 Concrete Standard (300 mm) Curb, and Gutter 600 m Concrete Sidewalk 685 m2 PRV Chamber 1 each Topsoil and Sodding 1,520 m2 Topsoil and Seeding 1,450 m2 Documents can be obtained from www.purchasingconnection.ca.
