NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for the above-entitled project. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), MTC will select one or more qualified consultants ("Bench") with which MTC may contract to provide services related to this project on an as-needed basis. Consultants may be contracted to provide planning, project development, program development, outreach, and other technical assistance services to advance transportation electrification in the Bay Area. Consultants may apply to be approved for any one or more of the following service categories on the Bench: A. Local Transportation Electrification Planning B. Fleet Electrification Planning C. Charging Infrastructure Project Planning D. Program Development and Implementation Any contract entered into as a result of this RFQ may be funded, in whole or in part, with federal funds from the Federal Transit Authority (FTA) or Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Accordingly, the requirements included in Attachment H, Federally Required Clauses of Appendix D-1, Contract, and Appendices F-1 through F-5 to this RFQ shall apply to this procurement. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program described in Appendix F of this RFQ and Attachment H, Federally Required Clauses of Appendix D-1, Contract will be applied to all projects funded in whole, or in part, with federal funds. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program described in Appendix G of this RFQ will be applied to non-federally funded projects that are also not architectural and engineering (A&E) projects.
