Site work for a water / sewer project in Prosper, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed sanitary sewer line will extend from Teel Parkway and Prosper Trail NE to Legacy Drive to the existing lift station. The line will then head N along Legacy Drive to Frontier Parkway, E along Frontier Parkway to DNT, S along the west side of DNT where it will cross DNT, head E at the rear of the Metten Tract, and N along the eastern border of the Metten Tract. The final section of the line will extend along Frontier Parkway to the Prosper ISD stadium located E of Frontier Park. This project is included in the city’s fy 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program. As of June 30, 2025, project is under construction. Construction started Winter 2024/2025. Completion expected Winter 2025/2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
