OBTAINING ELECTRONIC CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the DATAFLOW project portal website for a non- refundable cost of $49.00. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from DATAFLOW (telephone: 518-463-2192, fax: 518-449-3068) upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $49.00. If a CD, there is an additional $15.00 for shipping and handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to DATAFLOW, Inc. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $30 per set, payable by separate check to DATAFLOW, Inc. Requests for delivery to locations outside of upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at their cost at the full cost of printing, directly from DATAFLOW, Inc. Only complete sets will be issued. At the time the order is placed, the plan holder shall advise DATAFLOW of their status as a prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and their trade affiliation. ADDENDA Addenda for this project will be e-mailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Bidding/Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
