Reference Number 0000337907 Replacing existing water main and sanitary sewer via directional drill in preparation for a large culvert replacement on Indianwood Rd. by RCOC. Project includes 1,531 LF of HDPE sanitary forcemain and 228 LF of HDPE water main. Existing utilities must be kept live until the new water main and sanitary forcemain has been tested and is ready for connection. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % -- Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project *The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
