PROJECT P-Level Foundation Repairs John C. Kluczynski Federal Building 230 South Dearborn Street Chicago, Illinois U.S. Post Office, Loop Station 211 South Clark Street Chicago, Illinois Repair incipient spalling concrete and structural cover, remove brick, remove and replace exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) at leaks in mechanical shafts, and other collateral construction work. The work will occur at current and former areas of water infiltration on structural foundation building elements (walls, slabs, columns, and beams) at the John C. Kluczynski (JCK) Federal Building, 230 South Dearborn Street and the United States Post Office (USPO), 211 South Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois. Timeframes for Definitization of Equitable Adjustments on Change Orders Notice to Prospective Offerors: The information required by FAR 36.211 regarding the definitization of requests for equitable adjustments related to change orders under construction contracts can be found at https://www.gsa.gov/constructioncontractadmin. The estimated price range for the Project is between $750,000 and $3,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
