Renovation of a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

**As of February 26, 2024 Project is not yet been awarded.** This project will replace or rehabilitate many elements of a freight elevator in the Operations Building at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility. The project contemplated consists of: Within 120 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, the Contractor shall procure and install a new power unit to make the elevator satisfactorily operational, as approved by the Engineer. During installation of the power unit, required measurements for procurement of the remaining equipment shall be made. Concurrently with the process to procure and install the power unit, and thereafter, the process to procure the remaining elevator equipment, labels for the hydraulic oil piping, and paint shall proceed. Then, the remaining elevator equipment, hydraulic piping labels, and paint shall be installed.
