("Bethesda") has issued this Request for Proposal ("RFP") 2024-02RFP for a General Contractor - Renovation to Create Apartment for High Intense Behaviour Program at 3950 Fly Road - Building #5. The Program has an existing common living area that requires a renovation to create a functional single independent living space to support individuals with High Intense behaviours. This project requires a General Contractor who is qualified and experienced who can meet or exceed Bethesda's requirements as outlined in the document. The proponent should have proven strong communication skills to coordinate all the needs of the stakeholders to make this project a success. In addition, a team with strong project management skills to keep the project on schedule and on budget is desired. This RFP has an aggressive timeline for occupancy and budget, Proponents are encouraged to offer options that maximize efficiencies and resources.
