This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The Contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, will serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project and to field verify existing conditions and dimensions. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove existing flooring and wall bases. 2. Install new carpet (approximately 2000sf) and rubber wall base. 3. Install new LVT(approximately 100sf) and rubber wall base. 4. Salvage existing wood chair rail and wall base, paint and re-install at existing locations. Paint color to be selected before construction. 5. Relocate furniture within space to accomplish work. 6. Field verify all dimensions and conditions. 7. Use carpet pattern shown in image for rooms 254, 257 and 259. All other carpet installation pattern as shown on carpet selection document. 8. Replace five (5) 2 x 4 acoustic ceiling tiles. Match existing. Exact locations within suite to be determined. 9. Remove wood beam and trim. Patch and repair. See photo for location. 10. Install 3/4" thick wood removable access panel with plastic laminate on all sides. Plastic laminate to match adjacent or to be selected before construction. See drawing. 11. Provide approximately 75sf of carpet and 50sf of LVT flooring for attic stock 12. See drawings and photos for additional information. 13. Ensure all applicable codes and ADA/ADAAG/TAS regulations are followed. 14. Provide a minimum one (1) year Warranty on all installation work. 15. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project. ADD ALTER ADD ALTERNATE 1 1. Remove existing wallpaper shown by green dashed lines on Enlarged Floor Plan. Prep and paint drywall. Color to be selected before construction. At walls with wood chair rails (see Enlarged Floor Plan), paint drywall above chair rail one color and below chair rail another color. Colors to be selected before construction. ADD ALTERNATE 2 1. Remove additional existing wallpaper throughout suite (including storage closets) and paint drywall. Color to be selected before construction. ADD ALTERNATE 3 1. Install new wood chair rail and wall base in lieu of re-using existing per note 4. Match existing size and profile. Stain color to be selected before construction.
