**As of March 4, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $614,901.50** Description: Public Bid No. 23-30-10 "Kilmer Road and Kilmer Court Traffic Signal Improvements" This contract includes five (5) foot wide concrete sidewalks, inclusive of Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces; concrete vertical curb; traffic signal improvements; two (2) inch average depth milling; hot mix asphalt surface course overlay; and traffic striping. Project is to be completed in ninety (90) calendar days after contract award and receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
