Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees, a public body corporate of the State of Florida, ("University"), seeks Replies from qualified Respondents through this ITN to provide, install, and maintain on-site cash/card campus washers & dryers and laundry room monitor devices ("Equipment") for all 9 laundry rooms on campus. Note: All equipment must be compatible with the University's most commonly used technology Blackboard and Transaction System enterprise (TSE) by Transact Campus.
A pre Bid meeting will be not be held.
The University will not give verbal answers to inquiries regarding the specifications, or verbal instructions prior to the award of this solicitation. Any questions concerning conditions and specifications shall be directed in writing to the Universitys Sole Point of Contact stated herein for receipt by the question end date and time indicated herein. Inquiries must reference the date of Reply opening date and time and Reply number. No interpretation shall be considered binding unless provided in writing by the University in the form of an addendum. The University is not liable for any increased costs resulting from the Respondent accepting verbal direction.

Such renewals will be at the discretion of the University, subject to performance evaluations of the Contractor(s) by the University and subject to availability of funds to the University Upon evaluation of the Reply, the University has the right to enter into negotiations with one or multiple Respondents that appear to have submitted a Reply that best meets the needs and requirements of the University. Negotiations could include but are not limited to price and the terms and conditions of this ITN. If for any reason a Respondent and the University cannot arrive at a mutual agreement that would result in the issuance of a contract, the University reserves the right to terminate negotiations, to reject the Reply, and to continue negotiations with other responsive Respondents that may lead to the issuance and award of a contract.
