New Hanover County, North Carolina (NHC) is soliciting and accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms, or individuals, licensed in the State of North Carolina to provide Professional Parks and Recreation Engineering and Architectural Design Services as defined in the Scope of Services. Professional firms should possess the proper licensure and experience to perform such services. Questions concerning this solicitation should be directed to Lena Butler, Purchasing Supervisor, by emailing lbutler@nhcgov.com. Please include in the subject line "Questions RFQ # 24-0294 ON CALL PROFESSONAL ENGINEERNG & ARCHITECTURAL SERVCES." Questions will be received until Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 3:00 PM EST. An addendum summarizing all questions and answers will be posted to the County's website on Friday, December 22, 2023. Each Respondent shall acknowledge receipt of such addenda in their submittal. The County reserves the right to accept and reject any and/or all statements of qualifications submitted, in whole or in part. The County reserves the right to negotiate any and all elements of the qualification statement by and with any consultants it deems suitable to carry out this project. New Hanover County has no obligation to award work based off this RFQ and reserves the right to re-advertise. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
