Renovation of a municipal facility in Riviere-Beaudette, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and one-story below grade municipal facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the Saint-Zotique City Hall building. The scope of work provides for the renovation of the building basement that suffered flooding consequences (sanitary sewer backup) during the ice storm in April 2023. The work includes redevelopment to optimize the divisions and bring the municipal employees workspace up to date. The project may include, if the necessary funds are available, the redevelopment of the municipal garage into a council room. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from engineering professional consulting firms to provide design and construction work monitoring services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling award is anticipated in mid-spring 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award. Further update at that time.
