L-13 PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS The successful Offeror shall submit appropriate performance and payment bonds within 10 days in accordance with FAR 52.228-15, or the offeror will forfeit the award and is liable for any cost of acquiring the work that exceeds the amount of its proposal. Additionally, the Government may require additional performance and payment bond protection if the contract price is increased. The successful Offeror shall promptly furnish additional security in accordance with FAR 52.228-2. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
