A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Removal, abatement and replacement of large wood windows. 3. The construction will be administered using BidDocs' construction software paid for by the Awarding Authority or Prime Designer. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal, abatement and replacement of large wood windows. Window Replacement at Peirce Hall Annex, Phase II, ReBid according to plans prepared by Pfeufer Richardson PC Architects. The University reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any quote if it determines it is in the Public Interest to do so. Bids are subject to MGL c. 149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 14926 to 27H inclusive. Prevailing wage rates apply. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than 5% of the greatest possible amount (including alternates) and made payable to Framingham State University.
