Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Pascua Yaqui Tribe Health Department is soliciting bids for the PY YK Home Located at 7402 S Camino Vahcom Tucson AZ 85757.This project consists of a new two-story residential home to include a ramada and built-in BBQ grill per drawings Question Deadline 01/19/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All bid questions, Requests for Information (RFI), and substitution requests should be directed to the Project Manager, Rick Gonzales Via Email l rick.gonzalez@pascuayaqui-nsn.gov Each bid shall be made out on the bid form marked Exhibit (A)(B)(C), which shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Such check or bid bond will be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract to perform the work if awarded to him and shall be declared forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful Bidder refuses to enter into the said Contract after being requested to do so by the Owner. Such check of bid bond will be returned to the respective unsuccessful Bidders upon the Award of the Contract to the successful Bidder and will be returned to the successful Bidder upon the execution and delivery of satisfactory surety company bonds and construction contract. Bidders will submit, with the sealed bid, a minimum of three (3) project references for completed work of similar size and/or scope to this project, with all required information listed on the Contractor Project Reference Form included in the Bid Package.
