The scope of work consists of the removal of substandard guardrail end treatments to be replaced with hardware that meets current safety standards, curb and median construction, and removal of concrete barrier ramp downs. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" license, prior to the award of contract. All prospective bidders and/or their respective representatives are encouraged to attend, however, attendance is not mandatory.
