Renovation of a fire / police facility in Porter Corners, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Project generally consists of the following work: General Construction - Construction of an approximately 2,100 sqft addition including foundations, slabon-grade, steel framing, and building envelope; removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing main and canopy roofs of the existing structure and extending the system to the new addition; construction of light-framed mezzanine storage room over a new gear room; kitchen renovation including cabinets, finishes, and appliances; site work associated with the addition; including concrete work and stabilizing site; all necessary and required testing, permits and approvals; and all related work necessary to provide a fully operational facility in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for Contract C, Contract P, Contract H, and Contract E. Work shall be substantially complete by October 2, 2024. Final restoration shall be completed and the project ready for final payment by October 16, 2024. This project is publicly funded. The Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements for ensuring that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin Greenfield Fire District, as Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received, or to reject any Bid without explanation. Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction - Removal, disposal, and replacement of (3) furnaces; rerouting of ductwork for HVAC system replacement and building expansion; removal and disposal of oil tank and condensing units; installation of (3) furnaces with (3) outdoor condensing units, (1) split-system, (2) energy recovery ventilators, and (1) 1,000 gallon propane tank with piping to supply equipment; all necessary and required testing, permits and approvals; and all related work necessary to provide a fully operational HVAC system in accordance with the plans and specifications
