Renovation of a municipal facility in McComb, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of March 13,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 2, 2024. Scope of Work: This project entails repairs to the existing fire damaged McComb Depot building. Each Bidder must be qualified under Mississippi Law and shall affix his Certificate of Responsibility Number where indicated on the bid documents. Proposals shall be submitted either in-person in a SEALED ENVELOPE or ELECTRONICALLY transmitted in Adobe PDF format. All bid proposals shall include fully executed bid form(s) and all additionally required documentation in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders which are bound in the Project Manual and in accordance with the Bid Laws of the State of Mississippi. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each Bidder must include with his proposal, a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to the Owner (City of McComb, Mississippi) as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Each Bidder will call to the attention of the Architect any discrepancies in the Contract Documents or questions requiring clarification at least 72 hours before bid. Questions regarding this project will not be answered after this time.
