The Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center (LSVSMC) Cleveland, OH, has a requirement for Project 541-23-209, Upgrade Facility Lighting . The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and any other items required to complete project Upgrade Facility Lighting , at the Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Project 541-23-209, Upgrade Facility Lighting, Cleveland VA Medical Center Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Upgrade Facility Lighting Project - Cleveland, OH at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center as required by drawings and specifications. Period of performance for this project is 240 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). All work shall be conducted in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Drawings, and Terms of the Contract. All work shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (CCR). The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A one-time site visit will be conducted on July 25, 2024 at 1:30 P.M. (EST). See FAR 52.236-27, Page 15, for details. SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS: No additional site visits will be scheduled.
